Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Alnahari website, mobile experiences, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Services are operated by Alnahari (“we”, “us”, “our”). Alnahari is an ecommerce platform offering premium devices, accessories, and customization experiences. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility & your account
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Services. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Products, orders & pricing
We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and prices; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, refuse or cancel orders, and limit quantities. Product availability is subject to change. Prices are shown in the currency you select where applicable and may exclude taxes, duties, or shipping, which will be shown at checkout when relevant.
4. Payment, shipping & returns
Payment methods accepted will be presented at checkout. Shipping timelines, carriers, and fees depend on your location and selected service. Return, refund, and warranty terms—where offered—will be described at checkout or in order communications. Risk of loss passes in accordance with the carrier’s terms unless we state otherwise.
5. Acceptable use & intellectual property
You may not misuse the Services (for example by attempting to interfere with security, scrape data without permission, or use automated means in a way that harms the platform). All content on the Services—including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software—is owned by Alnahari or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.
6. Limitation of liability & governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alnahari is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the UAE shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country provide otherwise.
